Charges
We ship same day for all
orders received prior to 1:30PM Eastern Time, Monday through
Friday (excluding holidays). Orders are shipped from Ringwood, IL, near Chicago.
Please note that we
cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes.
We offer shipping via
USPS Express Mail for international orders and Fedex® for domestic orders. You can calculate the shipping charge for your order
before finalizing your check-out. Fedex Ground® shipping is free
for orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous states only (no FPOs).
If your order is small in
quantity and size (for example 2 i-float switches or a buzzer and a
relay), we ship in a padded envelope.
Please allow 3-7 business
days for packages sent via Fedex Ground®.
Express orders are
shipped via Federal Express®. All shipping options and prices are shown in the shipping drop-down box at checkout. Remember that our deadline for same day shipping
is 1:30PM Eastern Time. Next Day Air orders placed after 1:30PM Eastern
Time will be sent the following business day.

International Orders
We are not responsible
for duties, tariffs, taxes or other import-related fees, including customs
clearing fees, for any shipment. You must pay all of these regardless
of the shipping method.

International Shipping
For Canada, shipping options will appear in
the checkout process.
For countries other than Canada, please email us at
service@aquahub.com with your international
order request. We charge a flat rate of US$29.95 for all but the
largest orders. Sorry, but this is the charge even if you order just
one float switch since international shipments require additional paperwork
and processing time.
We only ship international orders via USPS Express
Mail International except for some large commercial orders. USPS
Express Mail International is trackable and arrives to most locations in 5 business
days or less. Please include the following in your email:
Item numbers and quantities of products you wish to purchase
Your complete mailing
address, including postal code
We will respond within 24
hours with instructions on how to complete
your order.

Fedex
Ground Transit Times
The map below shows
shipping times for Fedex Ground® shipments.
These times are based on the shipping time, not the day the order is
placed. This is only a guideline and your shipment may take longer.
Please allow 3-7 business days in total for Fedex Ground® shipping.

Out of Stock Items
At aquahub, we don’t
believe in selling you something we don’t have ready to ship. On
the rare occasion that we run out of a product due to an unusually
large order, we note its out-of-stock status on our site as soon as possible. In the
unusual instance where you place your order prior to our posting
such a message, we will notify you promptly and give you the option
of cancelling your order or receiving two shipments (one with
in-stock items and a second when your backordered item is
re-stocked). In this case, we pay for shipping for the second
shipment.

Cancellations
Please email us promptly
at
service@aquahub.com with the subject “aquahub order
cancellation request.” Remember, we try to ship to you quickly,
so in some cases your order may already have left by time your
contact us to cancel and you will have to return it after you have
received it.

Returns
We want you to be 100%
satisfied with your purchase. Returns can be authorized up to 20
days after we ship to you. Please email us at
service@aquahub.com with the subject line “aquahub return
request” to request a return authorization prior to shipping
your return to us. Returned merchandise must be unused and in
re-saleable condition. Sorry, but you must cover the cost of return
shipping. We guarantee products against defect for 30 days. After
30 days, you may need to return the product to its manufacturer for
repair or replacement. Contact us at
service@aquahub.com with the subject line “aquahub return
request” and we will advise you on returns issues.
